What guests loved:
The guy that was at the reception at night. He was really nice. He tried to accommodate us in a better room that the one they gave us. But at the end he couldn’t.
Areas for improvement:
I talked in advance to Franceso, and told me I was going to have a triple room with a balcony with sea view. I didn’t get that. We got a triple room, with a small window with sea view and a small balc...

What guests loved:
Right on the water, but that was a problem as coast road was both noisy with motorcycle traffic and loud people/music lovers We enjoyed the restaurant and breakfast and nice views
Areas for improvement:
Service was understaffed and there were problems w plumbing, electricity, and internet all in one night and no real direction on how to compensate. Perhaps absent management??
